New Feature - Quiet Time Away

One of the concerns many have expressed is what they will do when they are going to be without their computer or internet access.  There are a couple of major developments we are working on in this area and the first is complete. It's called Quiet Time Away.  You can access this feature by logging in, going to the ACCOUNT menu item, and then selecting Quiet Time Away from the drop down.

Quiet Time Away will allow you the ability to choose dates you will be away from the online system.  You also choose what kind of commentary you would like print (from the available commentaries in your package level). Once you hit print, the system creates a PDF that you can save or print.  When you print the sheets, you'll have pages you can tuck in a notebook or even in your bible and take with you on your trip.

Ultimately, we are working on a system for being able to take your computer or mobile device with you, do your quiet time offline, and then let it sync up when you are back in range of your interenet service.  That's still a ways out in the future though and we feel this printable Quiet Time will be a great bridge.

Is there a way of using this feature to "fix" the accountable days that you did your Quiet Time offline, but not through the online service? Or maybe just a color to show an "exception" to a day or period of time so your accountability partner has a clearer picture of what is going on?

@Jason -- that's a great idea for a future development Jason. We'll add that to the list.

This is a great idea! I also like Jason's thought as well so that the A.P.'s don't think you've gone off the deep end.

This is where good communication with your accountability partner comes in. When you are away, communicating with them and letting them know. My daughter used this feature while she was on a missions trip to Alaska.

I look forward to the "work offline" feature. I don't have internet access all the time on my iPad, but would like to be able to have my quiet time and later sync up. Please keep this development on the front burner. Thanks.
